Can you provide an initial clean before regular commercial cleaning begins?
Yes. Where existing build-up needs attention, WCS can complete a separately scoped initial clean before the routine cleaning plan begins. An initial clean is recommended only when the site assessment shows it is needed.
Can carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing and floor stripping and polishing be included?
Yes, when separately assessed and quoted. The suitable method depends on the carpet or hard-floor material, condition, existing coatings and access. Floor stripping and polishing also requires an appropriate cure and no-traffic period.
Can window cleaning and exterior building washing be included?
Yes. Window cleaning or building and exterior washing can be added to an agreed project. Glass, joinery, exterior materials, height, access, drainage, surrounding areas and weather are assessed before the method and timing are confirmed.
Can commercial deep cleaning be scheduled around business operations?
We can plan timing around operating hours, access and the work areas available. The site assessment confirms whether the clean can be completed in stages, outside operating hours or under another agreed arrangement.
