How is a house deep clean different from regular house cleaning?
Regular house cleaning maintains agreed areas on a routine schedule. A house deep clean allows more time for a detailed, thorough clean, especially where dirt and grime have built up. We recommend a deep clean before starting regular cleaning services to bring your home to a better condition for ongoing maintenance.
How do you price house deep cleaning?
We can give you an initial estimate from the details and photos you send us, including your home’s size, location, condition and the services you need. This gives you a ballpark price and estimated cleaning hours. If it suits your budget, we can arrange a site visit where needed to confirm the scope. Your final quote lists the agreed tasks, estimated hours and separately priced extras.
Can I choose particular rooms for a home deep clean?
Yes. You can choose a whole-home deep clean or focus on particular rooms, such as the kitchen or bathrooms. We’ll confirm the areas to clean in the quote.
How long does a house deep clean take?
We can have anywhere from 1 to 10 cleaners carry out the work according to your timeframe, regardless of job size. The time it takes depends on your home’s size and condition, the rooms you choose and the cleaning services required. We’ll estimate the cleaning hours in your quote so you can see the time allowed for the agreed work.
Are your house deep cleaners trained and insured?
Yes. Our cleaning team is Ministry of Justice checked and trained in deep cleaning, and Waikato Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance. We also have specialist teams for carpet cleaning, hard floor care, exterior washing and post-construction cleaning, each experienced in its field.
How do you check the quality of a house deep clean?
We work through the agreed task list and carry out a final inspection. Where possible, we invite you to walk through the cleaned areas with us before we leave. If you cannot attend, we can arrange completion photos. If you raise an issue with the agreed work, we’ll address it promptly.
