Every home is different, so we tailor your end of tenancy clean to the property and your requirements. We can email you our checklist, and you can choose additional services, such as window, oven or carpet cleaning, or a full wall and ceiling wash. The checklist also shows what’s included in the standard deep clean: accessible cupboard interiors, wet-area buildup, cobwebs, skirtings, doors, light switches, wall spot cleaning, vacuuming and mopping. You can also choose by room.
How do you price end of tenancy cleaning?
We can give you an initial estimate from the property details and photos you send online, including its size, location, condition and required services. This gives you a ballpark price and estimated cleaning hours. If it suits your budget, we can arrange a site visit where needed to confirm the scope. Your final quote lists the agreed tasks, estimated hours and separately priced extras.
Can you clean on the day I move in or out?
Yes. Contact us with your dates, and we can check availability. We can coordinate access and cleaning times around your moving company. A move-out clean works best after belongings have been removed. If you cannot be at the property, you can arrange key access with us in advance.
Do I need to empty cupboards and remove my belongings before the clean?
No, you don’t need to empty the cupboards yourself. Let us know if you’d like us to remove the items and put them back; this will add a labour charge. To save on cost, you can remove the items yourself and have us clean the cupboards.
Can you clean for landlords and property managers?
Yes. We provide end of tenancy and property handover cleaning for landlords and property managers preparing a home between occupants. We also offer deep cleaning for property staging and before or after a sale.
Are your end of tenancy cleaners trained and insured?
Yes. Our cleaning team is vetted and trained, and Waikato Cleaning Services carries general liability insurance. We agree on the work and access arrangements before the clean so the team knows which rooms, surfaces and specialist services are included.
How do you check the quality of an end of tenancy clean?
We work through the agreed task list and carry out a final inspection. We can invite you to check the property with us before we leave, and arrange before and after photos when you cannot attend. Your quote shows the planned tasks and cleaning hours, while our GPS-enabled system records time on site. If you raise an issue with the agreed work, we will address it promptly.
When should I book my end of tenancy clean?
Contact us as soon as you know your moving and handover dates. We will plan the clean around property access, the work required and our team’s availability. Ideally, it takes place after belongings and other trades have left, with enough time before the final property inspection or the next occupant moves in.
