Yes. We can arrange school-holiday deep cleaning alongside your regular term-time cleaning. Depending on your requirements, this can include carpets, hard floors, windows, washrooms and detailed surface cleaning. We agree on the tasks and completion dates so your premises are ready for the next term.
How do you manage hygiene between classrooms, toilets and food areas?
We use colour-coded and separate cleaning materials to reduce cross-contamination between classrooms, toilets and food areas. We use hospital-grade disinfectants where required and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, including the required disinfectant contact time. Your school or centre’s cleaning plan sets out the products, methods and cleaning frequency for each area.
How do you audit and monitor school and childcare cleaning quality?
We conduct regular cleaning quality checks, monitor hours on site using GPS-enabled systems and gather customer feedback through surveys. We review the results against your agreed cleaning plan and make adjustments as your school or centre’s needs change. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we guarantee to address the issue within one business day.
Can you provide additional cleaning during an illness outbreak?
Yes. We provide additional cleaning and disinfection services, including a two-stage process of cleaning followed by disinfection, to support your school or centre’s outbreak response. We also have fogging machines and use approved disinfectants selected for the type of outbreak, following the manufacturer’s instructions. We can arrange a timely deep clean of your education facility to a high standard, helping prepare your premises to reopen.

The biggest factor in your quote is the number of cleaning hours required. This depends on your premises’ size and condition, the services required, cleaning frequency and any specialist work needed. We inspect the site and prepare a tailored proposal, clearly setting out our hourly rates, cleaning hours and list of services.
