Is hot-water extraction the same as steam cleaning?
Hot-water extraction is commonly called steam cleaning. Heated water and cleaning solution are applied in a controlled way, then extracted with loosened soil and moisture.
Do you clean residential and commercial carpets?
Yes. WCS provides carpet cleaning for homes, offices and other commercial premises. Fibre, access, timing, preparation and drying requirements are confirmed for the property.
Can every stain and odour be removed?
No. The result depends on the cause, age, fibre, previous treatment and whether permanent staining or damage has occurred. We assess and treat suitable marks but do not guarantee complete removal.
How long will carpets take to dry?
Drying time varies with the fibre, cleaning method, airflow, ventilation, humidity and site conditions. We provide practical drying guidance after the clean rather than promising a fixed time.
Do you move furniture?
